Flight attendants don’t get paid as much as people think, but this is because when they are on the ground, they only get a fraction of their hourly wage, and it is usually made up when they are in the air. Some people get disappointed when they first get their flight attendant job and find out that they aren’t making as much money; unfortunately, everything depends on luck and how many flights you get in a month.

The biggest complaint that flight attendants have is that they would like to be paid more when they are not flying as they still have to do a lot of work that just isn’t worth what the airlines are paying them.
