Flight attendants have been helping stop human trafficking ever since Sandra Fiorini, a flight attendant from the past, testified in Congress to tell her story about when she witnessed a man carrying a baby on a flight that still had its umbilical cord attached to it. Fiorini investigated further and noticed that the man was alone and had two milk bottles.

She reported him immediately to authorities who ended up arresting the man for kidnapping the child. Airlines since then have been training their flight crews to look out for people that are in need of help that find themselves caught in human trafficking.
