Seniority Means A Lot
Seniority means a lot to flight attendants as it is full of perks that make the job more enjoyable. As stated before, flight attendants have strict probation, which doesn’t allow for them to do much, but once they pass the probation, they are allowed to shorten their skirts as well as have a little say in what flights they can choose.
The more years that you stay with the airline, the more perks you get along the way, and you will ultimately be able to choose all the flights that you want to work. There are also a lot of vacation perks that come along with seniority.
