Flight Crews Reveal The Darkest Secrets of Flying

Flight Attendants Won’t Get The Job If They Are Too Short Or Tall

During the early days of flying, flight attendants had to be at least five foot two and couldn’t weigh more than 125 pounds. Things have changed since then, and the rules aren’t as strict, but there are still some requirements that are put in place. Flight attendants have to at least be able to reach the luggage in order to unload and load them.

They also can’t be too tall as it would be hard to maneuver within the cabin. You will see a common trend when you look at the next flight crew as they are mostly the same height, which is their targeted goal.
