Airbnb is Now Renting Out Private Islands and Luxury Jungle Treehouses

Airbnb has taken the world by storm as they have completely changed the travel and hospitality industry forever. Thanks to Airbnb we can now opt to stay in private homes and apartments that users rent out to others through the site, typically for affordable prices. Well now Airbnb is back at it and you can finally live out your dream of having an exotic adventure as they are now offering private islands and jungle treehouses for rental.

This is the most recent move from the company and it will surely be quite popular. Airbnb now offers over 270 different private islands and over 620 luxury treehouse for rental, all of which are located throughout the world. The private islands in particular are arguably the most alluring, as they are usually something only the extremely wealthy can afford.

As is the case with the rooms, homes, and apartments that Airbnb offers, the private islands and treehouse are surprisingly affordable. You can rent most of the islands and treehouse for anywhere from $100 to $300 dollar per night which is pretty reasonable, all things considered. The average treehouse goes for $104 per night while the average island is around $226 per night. Suddenly that trip to a Caribbean beach resort is less appealing, as you can rent out an entire island for a fraction of the price.

These new offerings are apart of the companies new campaign called “Love This? Live There”, and they’re offering some specials. If you book a private island or treehouse for $400 dollars or more by March 13th, they’ll give you a $100 dollar discount. To see the complete listing of all the islands and treehouse, head on over to Airbnb’s website.
