Anne Hathaway is one of the top actresses in the business right now with a net worth of $15 million. She has been in a wide array of films ranging from comedy to Academy Award nominated. She has a ton of talent and as a reflection of that her movies have all done relatively well in the box office. These are the highest worldwide grossing films of Anne Hathaway.

5. Les Miserables – $441.8 Million

Les Miserables was released in 2012 and was an adaptation of the well known novel turned Broadway play. The movie made $148.8 million in the domestic box office and featured an all star cast alongside of Hathaway that included Hugh Jackman, Russell Crowe, Amanda Seyfried, Sacha Baron Cohen, and Helena Bonham Carter. The movie was 2 hour and 37 minutes long but did relatively well and brought a good amount of viewers out to theaters.

4. Rio – $484.6 Million

Rio is an animated film that features Anne Hathaway voicing the female lead as a bird who is one of two left in her species. Jesse Eisenberg starred in the main role as character, Blu. The movie pulled in $143.6 million domestically and was able to reach a surprising $484.6 million worldwide on only a $90 million budget.

3. Rio 2 – $495.6 Million

Coming in right in front of the original is Rio 2. The sequel was released in April of this year and ran for an hour an 41 minutes. The movie featured much of the same cast and made $495.6 million worldwide with a slightly increased budget of $103 million.

2. Alice In Wonderland – $1.025 Billion

Hathaway played the White Queen in Tim Burton’s Alice in Wonderland. The movie was released back in 2010 and ended up generating a huge return in the box office despite getting lackluster reviews. The movie made $334.1 million domestically but reached a massive $1.025 billion worldwide.

1. The Dark Knight Rises – $1.084 Billion

Hathaway’s top worldwide grossing movie is The Dark Knight Rises, which earned a total of $1.084 billion globally. This was the third installment to Christopher Nolan’s trilogy and Hathaway played the famed Batman villain, Catwoman.
