Robin Williams’ Son Pays Tribute To His Dad In A Beautiful Way

Early beginnings

Growing up, Williams was always the class clown. In fact, when he graduated high school, he was voted “Funniest” and “Most Likely Not To Succeed.” When he enrolled in college, he originally planned to study political science but eventually dropped out to pursue acting. The actor studied theatre for three years at the College of Marin in California before transferring to Julliard under a full scholarship.

Some of his classmates included actors William Hurt, Mandy Patinkin, and Christopher Reeve. From the beginning, Williams made a strong impression with his stage presence and improvisations. “He was like an untied balloon that had been inflated and immediately released. I watched in awe as he virtually caromed off the walls of the classrooms and hallways. To say that he was “on’ would be a major understatement,” Reeve once admitted in an interview.
