7. Johnny Unitas
Johnny Unitas was a prominent former NFL player who played as quarterback for the Pittsburgh Steelers, the Baltimore Colts, and the San Diego Chargers. For 53 years, Unitas held down the record for the most consecutive games with a touchdown pass.
But like all the players on the list, he had some difficulties after his football career. After failed investments and a business that he had a stake in collapsed, Unitas filed for bankruptcy in 1991.
