Watch out world the drones are coming whether you like it or not. The concept of delivering goods by drone made serious headway when Amazon was developing the technology. While we aren’t about to start receiving our packages via Drone anytime soon, you could get a nice bottle of champagne while staying at the Casa Madrona Hotel & Spa in Sausalito, California.

The newly opened Casa Madrona announced that it will be offering a little bubbly via drone for their VIP guests. The hotel, which was opened on May 6, announced that it will have the capabilities of providing guests staying in their pricey Alexandrite Suite champagne via drone. The machines were custom built to deliver two bottles of bubbly for guests when they need them.

Plans for more drone deliveries at the Casa Madrona were also revealed. Perhaps champagne isn’t enough, maybe you’d like to have cookies or other treats delivered? Well, they’re working on it. Before you get all excited about the drone invasion, let’s be clear what we’re dealing with here. The Alexandrite Suite is nothing short of magnificence and you pay for that magnificence. The suite itself is 5,000 square feet and has panoramic bay views. You also have access to private chefs, personal trainers and travel planners. It can be booked for $10,000. The entire 24-capacity mansion can be had for $25,000 a night.

Very cool development by Casa Madrona! I suggest you check it out.
