The first Arcadia 85 “Far East Edition” has recently been deliverd to Hong Kong, and it is an absolutely beauty. While the 85 is the smallest yacht that Arcadia currently sells, it is nothing short of excellence. The Arcadia 85 has been designed in such a way to make the most out of interior and exterior living spaces, and it feels a lot larger than it actually is.
On the outside, the Arcadia 85 has a fairly unique design that sets it apart from other yachts within its class. It has been designed in such a way that the entire roof of the vessel is actually comprised of a series of solar panels. Those solar panels pretty much entirely power all the interior lights, computers, televisions, and anything else that needs electricity which makes it one of the most environmentally friendly yachts currently on the market.
As soon as you enter the interior of the yacht, you realize that this is certainly very luxurious. Interior spaces flow seamlessly into exterior spaces, and that smooth transition is made possible thanks to the extensive use of windows. The solar panels also give the Arcadia 85 a very unique feel when you’re on the inside. It’s something that we have never seen before.
Despite being “small” for a yacht, the Arcadia 85 feels extremly large. The interior offers a kitchen, a spacious living room, a dining area, an exterior sitting area, spa-like bathrooms, four large bedrooms, and even a few bedrooms for the four-man crew that is needed to operate the vessel. The Arcadia 85 even has enough room to store two Jet Ski’s on board. We’ve been following this yacht for some time now, and it’s great to finally see them out on the water. All-in-all this is an extremely premium yacht that has much to offer anyone that wants to enter the world of luxury yachting.
