The $26.4 Million Belafonte Yacht Concept Is Worth a Peek

Belafonte Yacht Concept

There is a brand new super yacht on the market and it is making quite a splash. The stylish and contemporary exterior of the Belafonte is incomparable and this new design is certainly impressive. It was designed by Italian Federico Fiorntiono who emphasized the contrasts between modern and classic designs and who created the nose of the boat to remind one of a 1960’s Alfa Romeo. And the most stunning feature of the yacht is that is comprised of bronze.

The yacht is 164-feet in length with a low slug top deck and its engine can reach speed of up to 24 knots. It possesses simple, sleek lines with a stainless steel grill and mahogany accents throughout. It looks modern and sleek, not futuristic which the designer feels would appear outdated in a few years.

The interior can accommodate ten guests in five staterooms including a whopping 1,000-square-foot owners suite which includes an office, folding balcony, and two expansive walk in closets. This owner’s suite is about the size of a small New York city apartment.

The main deck includes a sitting room and formal dining room as well as a sky lounge on the semi enclosed upper deck. There is a hot tub on the top deck and a pool on the middle deck. Enough water in and out of the yacht for your guests entertainment.

Fiorentino estimates the build time to be approximately 2 1/2 years and cost over $26.5 million. He wants the finished product to be elegant, modern, and yet classic at the same time. For those who like Porsches or Aston Martins, this might be the yacht for you and we look forward to its construction.
