Yachts are certainly rewarding, however after you finally purchase one there are many factors to figure out. The 221 berth marina can accommodate yachts up to 500 feet in length, so you will see a few superyachts here. The marina has much to offer from the amusement park, the restaurants, the water park, and Abu Dhabi’s Formula 1 Race Track.

St. Barts is a French overseas collective located in the Caribbean, and the Port of Gustavia on the island is very exclusive. The island is very small, and not very built up, which makes it very desirable for many. The island keeps its exclusivity due to French permits on construction that limit how built up it can be.
