The Most Expensive 2015 Harley Davidson Sportster Motorcycles

Harley Davidson Celebrates Its 110th Anniversary

Harley-Davidson is the king of the motorcycle industry. The company has been around since 1903 out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and has since been the motorcycle industry’s biggest player. The company has just recently rolled out its new upcoming 2015 models that look fantastic. Here are the five most expensive Harley-Davidson Sportster models of 2015.

5. Iron 883 – $8,399

The Iron 883 is a great looking bike from Harley that takes a classic style and revamps it. The Iron 883 features a side mounted license plate with stop turn-tail lights which are a unique look. It features the standard peanut shaped fuel tank but also has a “blacked out look” rather than chrome like some of the other bikes; this is to give it a more raw and rugged old-school look.

4. 1200 Custom – $10,649

The 1200 Custom starts for a price of $10,649 but is a magnificent wide shouldered cruiser bike. It has a fat front end that is very bold along with its chrome five spoke wheels that will catch everyone’s eye. It also can be customized by the buyer through the H-D1 factory customization which can be done online. This helps customers get a bike that better fits their personal styles and preferences on the engine, wheels, seats, and more. The 1200 Custom is a great choice because the owner’s get to tinker with it more.

3. Forty-Eight – $10,749

The Forty-Eight model Harley-Davidson is a classic looking bike with little flash but perfectly shaped. It has a fat front tire with the classic peanut tank and will look cool rolling up to any event. It comes with an Evolution engine that is solid but the feature that makes the Forty-Eight look so smooth is the slammed handlebar, which sits low.

2. Seventy-Two – $10,849

The Seventy-Two model Harley is styled after the bikes from the 1970’s. It has a classic style with a modern kick to give riders the best of both worlds. The Seventy-Two model is built with a mini ape-hanger handlebar that has your hands up and feeling like you’re riding a good old chopper. It also features a classic peanut shaped fuel tank, whitewall tires and some laced wheels. The technology on this Harley-Davidson is the newest around with a smart security system that is operated hands-free by a fob that senses the bike and will arm or disarm it.

1. Super-Low 1200T – $11,799

The Super-Low 1200T model of the Harley-Davidson Sportster is extremely nice. It has a fresh Evolution engine that was originally unveiled back in 1984. The Evolution engine on the 1200T improves on the power, durability and reliability compared to other models and will really pack a punch. The 1200T offers extremely smooth handling with quick acceleration that provides a very comfortable ride.
