Ducati Reveals An Apparel Line To Go With Their Scrambler Bikes

Ducati is really pushing their new line of Scrambler motorcycles, as they hope it is the perfect bike to attract new fans to the brand. I’ll have to admit, I really do like it. The Italian company primarily is known for high-speed performance bikes, but their Scrambler’s are something different: rugged and retro motorcycles that are fun to ride. Think of them as the type of bike that a guitar player from a punk rock band would ride or the bike that a surfer in California would own. Ducati wants to bring in a younger audience that aren’t looking to ride 160mph, and in addition to the bikes, they have also introduced an apparel line to go with the Scrambler.

It isn’t strange for automobile and car manufacturers to introduce an apparel line that coincides with their products. Just look at Harley-Davidson and see how much money they make from clothing and accessories. This newest line is the perfect way for fans of the Scrambler to show off how much they love both the bike and the Ducati brand.

This apparel line is actually pretty impressive and fairly large. There is a range of t-shirts and jackets for both men and women, and they come in a variety of different styles. Ducati also seems to be positioning it as a premium line of clothing and accessories. This jacket seen above costs $160 dollars and their t-shirts are priced at $42 dollars. Want to pick up a zip up hoodie? Get ready to spend $116 dollars. Ouch. Still the gear does look nice, but at those prices it better be made in Italy.

The apparel line also includes a range of accessories. We’ve got this Scrambler watch, for example. When you look at the bikes you can see how the entire line fits right in as they share similar design elements and the obvious “Scrambler” branding. The accessory line also includes riding googles, belts, stickers, backpacks, and more.

This new apparel line from Ducati certainly is very nice and interesting. I just wish it wasn’t so expensive. I get that its apart of the branding and what not, but $116 dollars for a hoodie is just absurd. Still many people will be looking to pick up some items from the line so that they can show off their appreciation for the Ducati Scrambler.
