Gucci is a premiere luxury fashion company that was started back in 1921 out of Florence, Italy. They are easily one of the best known fashion houses in the entire world and are always releasing fantastic products. Gucci is highly regarded for their leather goods, especially their shoes; they have released a combined 400 pairs of men and women’s shoes so far that can begin to get extremely expensive. As you probably know, Gucci shoes, as much as being known for their style and excellence, are also extremely expensive. In fact, so much so that some pairs cost more than your average apartment rental in the U.S. Just in case you’re wondering, the average price for a two bedroom apartment is right around $1,175. Amazingly, the five most expensive pairs of Gucci shoes all surpass that amount.
5. Over-the-Knee Embossed Interlocking G Low Heel Boot – $1,795
These tall knee boots are made from black leather and feature light gold buckles. The boots have a large interlocking G Gucci logo up near the side of the knee with a strap on the back of the boots to tighten them. The boots have a two inch heel and zippers on the insides that has an embossed pull.
4. Shaded Ostrich Claw Horsebit Loafer – $1980
The shaded ostrich claw horsebit loafers are a traditional looking men’s loafer shoe, but made from extremely nice chestnut shaded ostrich claw. They have horsebit detail and a painted toe with a leather sole to give the entire shoe a beautiful dark shine.
3. Python Horsebit Ankle Boot – $2,100
These Gucci boots are a women’s pair that are made from python leather. They come in a candy pink or aquamarine blue color and have horsebit detail with a loafer effect on the boot’s front squared toe portion. The boots extend a couple of inches above the ankle and are opened by zippers on the inside of the foot.
2. Dark Grey Ostrich Low-Top Sneaker – $2,200
The dark grey ostrich low-top sneakers are a men’s shoe crafted out of ostrich leather. The heel of the sneakers feature an embossed Gucci logo while there is a small tag with the company’s crest and flag on it next to the laces.
1. Python Horsebit Knee Boot – $3500
The python horsebit knee boots are the most expensive pair of boots within the entire Gucci catalog. They cost $3,500 and are made from the same python leather as the ankle boots. These are also available in the aquamarine blue or candy pink colors and feature the same square toed loafer effect toe, but add in a 4.3 inch heel.
