Heesen Yacht’s Azamanta is Their Finest 180 Foot Piece of Steel

Heesen Azamanta Yacht

In their latest project, Heesen Yachts has delivered one of their finest pieces of steel yet:  The 180-foot Azamanta.  Heesen partnered with Van Oossanen Navel Architects who pioneered what is known as the fast-displacement hull.  This model is the largest of its kind using fast-displacement.  This allows for greater efficiency of movement through water at any speed.   Because of it’s sleek design, the Azamanta is able to travel at a speed of 15 knots under the power of two 1850 horsepower engines.  The boat can cruise at 13 knots with a 4500 nautical mile range.  And the top speed for the boat is 17 knots.

With regard to its luxury features, the yacht boasts a more than 750 square foot owner’s terrace that can dine up to 6 guests.   The interior of the yacht includes art from Sinot Exclusive Yacht Design.   The master suite and six guest cabins are equipped with en suite bathrooms and the hallways are lined with dark wood and silk fabric.   There is also a 1200 square foot sundeck with a hot tub that’s nearly as large as a performance stage.

Additional onboard amenities include a beach club, gym, and watercraft housed in a forward garage accessed by gullwing doors.
