Beneteau is a French company that produces a variety of high-end sailboats and small to medium sized powerboats. The company has facilities in both France and the United States, and is recognized around the world as a quality boat manufacturer. The roots of the company can be traced all the way back to 1884 when Benjamin Beneteau founded the company. Today they sell a variety of different boats to people all over their world. Currently out of their large lineup of boats, the Oceanis 60 is the largest boat that they produce.
The Oceanis 60 is an impressive sailboat that balances performance, functionality, and luxury in one amazing package and as the name implies, it measures out to be 60 feet in length. The boat is large enough to offer comfortable accommodations to its passengers, while still being small enough that it can be sailed by a small group of people. The boat offers a decent amount of deck space, and features two steering wheels that can be operated depending on how the boat is sailing, i.e. if one side is higher up in the air than the other. The Oceanis 60 also has a compartment to fit a small inflatable boat with an engine that can take you into town when you ancor the boat at a dock.
The interior of the sailboat is spacious and luxury. Beneteau managed to pack a lot of things into this boat and made good use of the space. On the inside you will find plenty of room to relax, do work, and more. The boat even comes complete with a full kitchen as well; it pretty much is a home.
The master bedroom onboard is also pretty extravagant and provides ample amounts of space and storage for luggage. Potential buyers can also choose between a boat that has either three cabins or four cabins, depending on your needs. The Oceanis 60 is perfectly balanced and can comfortably fit the whole family. Beneteau really produced a superb sailboat when they made the Oceanis 60. It offers consumers arguably one of the best balances between size, functionality, and features that can be found on a high-end sailboat.
