Five Innovative Apple Products To Look Forward To

25th Annual World AIDS Day In New York City

Apple revolutionized the technology and mobile phone industries with its creation of the iPhone. Seven years later and on September 9th, the iPhone 6 will be announced, introducing the next line of devices to join the Apple family and continue the iPhone legacy. Apple’s other products will be rolling out as well, and there is a ton of new stuff to be excited for that will redesign some styles that have been in place for a long time. Here are five innovative Apple products to look forward to.

5. An iPhone smart watch

This is definitely a product that Apple needs to catch up to the rest of the market with; a smart watch. A newer trend that is slowly rising is to have a watch that can operate multiple functions on your phone right from your wrist. While Apple isn’t necessarily innovative in finally creating this product, it seems like they have some upcoming plans to really take their iPhone smart watch to the next level and dominate the market. There is a chance they will discuss a smart watch at the conference on September 9th, but as of right now nothing has officially been announced.

4. iOS 8

iOS 8 is the next operating system for Apple’s iPhones and iPads that seems to be adding in a lot of nice features. iOS 8 seems to really help blend all of the Apple operating systems together and provide very easy transitioning throughout all of the devices. The company is pushing for flow and continuity across all devices and the all new iOS 8 looks very nice and offers great functionality to the users.

3. Home Kit

Home Kit is a part of the iOS 8 and allows users to control any compatible devices in their home. If you have a thermostat like the Nest product or a certain type of lighting, it can all be controlled completely from your phone or tablet now. The home kit is just simplifying the home lifestyle and making it easier to do this that are tech friendly. While the home kit might not be used a ton right now, it seems like a great feature for Apple to offer.

2. OS X Yosemite

OS X Yosemite is the new computer operating system that the company will be rolling out this Fall as well. The layout on Yosemite is easily the biggest change, offering soft but vibrant colors that looks fantastic. The operating system also has some pre built in apps that are all of the stock ones found on Apple products; however, two big additions are that you can now accept and answer phone calls directly from your computer as well as being able to use the SMS message system from your computer, not just iMessage. Yosemite seems like it’s bringing a lot to the table and giving users a nice blend of visual and technological upgrade.

1. Health Kit

Apple’s Health Kit looks like the best thing to come out of the new iOS 8. This is a full out fitness and health monitor that offers a full range of applications to monitor yourself and see the progress of your workouts. Users are able to track their eating and diet with the health kit as well as monitor their sleep and medications. The Health Kit offers a ton through one single app and is definitely something new to be included in the stock apps that come preinstalled on phones and tablets.
