Fontainebleau Miami Beach Announces 2014 World Cup Viewing Parties

A3

We’re right on the doorstep of the 2014 World Cup. There’s really no excuse to not make it to Brazil this year, but if you’re like most people it’s not possible for one reason or another! For those of you staying stateside and looking for a special way to celebrate the world’s biggest sporting event – look no further than Miami Beach.

News this week is that the Fontainebleau Miami Beach will host a series of World Cup-inspired events that will allow guests to enjoy the event without being in Brazil. What could be better than a big screen, oceanfront viewing of matches with the hotel’s signature cocktails?

To start, the revered hotel will offer poolside viewing parties on a large screen. Guest will receive gifts and all types of swag, but it’ll be the event itself that will be awesome. Guest can book a private, all-inclusive poolside cabana for just $550. There are various other packages available that include food, drinks and more. The most expensive packages include foods of all types, bottles of Grey Goose and beer. Sounds like a perfect party to me.

It doesn’t stop at the pool…. The property’s Tropez Lawn will have equipment set up for pick-up soccer matches for guests. La Cote, the two-level restaurant situated beach and poolside will also offer guests Brazilian-inspired cocktails and dining. Guests will also be able to view matches as well as listen to a DJ spin in between matches.

Sounds like the perfect World Cup getaway without going to the World Cup!
