Dating App Luxy Promises to Rid Out all The “Poor People” from Tinder

As society continues to change with everyone becoming more connected through social media, yet simultaneously becoming more alienated by technology than ever, many app developers are on the scene pumping out various dating apps. In our time where everyone wants things instantly, who has time to meet people in coffee shops? If you frequently ask yourself that question than maybe Tinder is for you. Well known and somewhat notorious dating app Tinder has come onto the scene somewhat recently and has made an impact as other app developers are copying them. Tinder allows users to make a quick profile through Facebook (don’t worry it never posts anything) and essentially lets you view other peoples profiles and like them essentially based off of their appearance. Well if you think Tinder is lame because there are just so many poor and non-wealthy money grabbers on it, than the new app Luxy is for you.

Luxy is a spinoff of Tinder except it is meant to target extremely rich people. The app developers wanted to create the app as they felt high earning CEO’s, celebrities, models, and millionaires needed their own social dating app. Users create a profile and fill out things like their favorite brand such as Gucci or Prada and then browse other users and swipe “yes” or “no” based off of a few pictures and maybe a 20 word “About Me”, where 10 of those words are emojis. All sarcasm aside the apps nature is very interesting but seems to be receiving some bad press online and on their iTunes app store page. Regardless the app seems to have a flaw as their are no “income” requirements or basically any way of proving that you are the head of  a law firm, for example. So its hard to tell what people for certain but some reports say the mean income of Luxy users is between $200,000 – $250,000. You can checkout the app for yourself as it is available for both iOS and Android devices.
