Celebrities with extraordinary amounts of disposable income spend money on some pretty ridiculous things. Things that just leave you scratching your head. Of all the nonsense that celebrities waste money on, the latest from Ciara isn’t really all that absurd.
According to reports, soon-t0-be mother Ciara dropped $20,000 on her new baby’s nursery. The theme: jungle animals. The report states that Ciara spent all the cash in one trip to Los Angeles baby store Petit Tresor, a well-known (and expensive) all-things-baby retailer. The jungle-theme includes an $1,800 stuffed giraffes (can’t hate – giraffes are pretty awesome) and thousands of dollars on other stuffed animals, artwork and lion bookends.
The new baby’s father, rapper The Future, accidentally gave away the gender of the baby when he called him “him” in an interview. Ciara said The Future got what he wanted when it came to gender of the baby, but more importantly the baby is getting hooked up with an extravagant jungle-themed nursery.
Like we said, celebrities have spent their fortune on far worse. What’s wrong with spoiling your newborn baby. As a matter of fact, I wouldn’t even really consider this pertinent to ‘Only The Richest’. There are some relatively normal income families that spent a fortune on newborn decorations. I must say – I also totally support the jungle theme. Well done Ciara.
