Technology makes most things much easier and now there is an all new iPad application that can help you design you dream, multi-million dollar home. An application properly called “Home Builder” is set to launch from the Al Hamra Real Estate Development company and all you need to sign up is an iPad and at least $1.36 million dollars.
Al Hamra Real Estate Development is a high-end real estate and home development company that operates out of the United Arab Emirates. The application was designed and created by A++ Architecture Design and Communications and the application is packed with features. The application is all inclusive: you start from selecting the plot of land that you want your home to be built on, and finish with what type of curtains you want. With the application you can choose what your home looks like, how many bathrooms you want, how many garages you plan to have, and much more.
Unfortunately as of now the application is limited to 150 homes that are going to be built on Falcon Island, a natural island inside a lagoon of the Al Hamra Village, which is about 30 miles outside of Dubai. Since we are dealing with the U.A.E. the village itself is nothing short of luxury. When completed the village will be comprised of 3,500 homes, seven hotels, a golf course, a premium mall, and miles of beaches. Falcon Island is definitely the most sought after land within the Al Hamra Village, as it is the most exclusive and offers the most expensive homes.
Regardless of those details, the application is still very cool, despite its limited uses (as of now). Users literally start from the ground up and construct their dream homes as if it were a game. They really though of everything with the application and you can even change the landscape of the home, in addition to pretty much everything else. Once you finish designing the home, you just submit the final details and Al Hamra Real Estate Development will give you a quote. While the application is limited to just these few homes, it is still an impressive bit of software, and hopefully it can be expanded to other markets as it will most likely revolutionize the real estate industry.
