Maybe They Can’t Afford A Haircut
When someone doesn’t wash their hair or even comb it, it will form knots or dreadlocks. This person managed to get one large deadlock. Who knows what else is there, and it must be extremely heavy to carry around. I’m not sure why they wouldn’t just cut it off because it doesn’t look good.
This man’s hair looks gross, and all it does is show that this man doesn’t perform proper hygiene. This man has had this growing for a long time, and now it’s starting to look like a tail.
