I Guess That’s One Way To Keep Your Child Close

No one wants their child running off in the store, and many use those backpacks with leashes for their young children. I have never seen this though, handcuffing your child to the shopping cart.

I’m not sure that is very good parenting, and it could get CPS called on you. If your child is that difficult in stores, then find a sitter or another solution. This parent should probably go to some parenting classes because this is not acceptable.
