This woman thought she was dressing up in a nice dress and high heels, but it isn’t a dress at all. She is exposing every part of her body by wearing a swimsuit coverup with nothing underneath. Why would someone think it is ok to go out in public dressed like this?

I don’t even understand how someone could think it was a dress because it’s completely see-through. It looks like she might have a bra on underneath, thank goodness, but still.
