Skylar Diggins Smith
Skylar Diggins Smith was born in Indiana and plays for the Phoenix Mercury in the WNBA. She’s only 5’9 so she plays at the point guard position, but that’s even better for us because that also means she gets a lot of screen time.
Growing up, she was passionate about softball, and she played the sport more than she did basketball at first but her decision to choose basketball paid off as she was drafted by the Tusla Shock with the third overall pick in the 2013 WNBA Draft. Skylar was first in assists per game, and second in points per game while playing at Notre Dame.
