Morgan Mitchell
Mitchell is an Australian athlete that originally represented her country in the 400-meter events but she now represents Australia in the 800-meter events. She was inspired by Australian athlete Cathy Freeman on her way to becoming a professional athlete in 2000.
In addition to track and field events, Morgan is also a talented netball player, and she also played for the Australian netball team as a junior before switching to track. At the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, she was sixth in the Women’s 800m Heat event.
