Introducing the Venturer Tourbillon Skeleton

H. Moser & Cie Venturer Tourbillon Skeleton

The legendary Swiss watch manufacturer known as H. Moser & Cie have recently just introduced a brand new watch for this year. It is called the Venturer Tourbillon Skeleton and it is yet another fine example of Swiss craftsmanship. It is extremely complex, made from high-end materials, beautiful, and it is extremely exclusive.

The Venturer Tourbillon features a 41.5 mm case that is 14.3 mm thick that is comprised entirely from 18-karat red gold. The hour indicators and hands are also made from 18-karat gold, while the second hand is made from a blue stainless steel. Additionally the front and back of the timepiece is covered in sapphire glass and the strap is made from brown alligator leather.

Now the real attraction here is quite obviously the exposed, skeletonized face of the timepiece. We can see pretty much all of the watches inner workings, thanks to H. Moser & Cie’s skeletonize automatic caliber 803 movement. Skeletonized caliber’s are considerably more difficult to produce, making this timepiece even more valuable. Through the skeletonized face we can see the watches 60-second tourbillon, the winding mechanism, and even the 72-hour power reserve among other gears and mechanical tidbits.

H. Moser & Cie will only be producing just nine examples of the Venturer Tourbillon Skeleton this year, so it is almost impossible to buy one directly from the company. Additionally they have not reveled the price of this timepiece, but knowing H. Moser & Cie, it will probably cost you an arm and leg. Still, the Venturer Tourbillon Skeleton is yet another beautiful timepiece from this beloved company, and it is worth of a spot in anyones collection.
