Luxury Villa of The Week: The $10,000 Per Night “Villa Dream”

Villa Dream 3

If you were in the business of renting out vacation homes to travelers, and chose to call one of your properties the “Villa Dream”, it better be pretty surreal. Luckily that is the case with our luxury villa of the week, as this vacation rental is truly quite incredible. You’ll have to travel to Spain and then take a boat to an island to stay in this rental, but it would definitely be worth the trip. Let’s take a quick look at what it has to offer.

We find Villa Dream located on a cliff right above the ocean on the island of Ibiza, one of the more popular vacation destinations in Spain. It’s a modern and luxurious property that is all about style, design, and exterior living space. In terms of location, Villa Dream could not be in a better spot. The exterior of the home is extremely contemporary and an aesthetically pleasing, and it has much to offer.

Once you make your way to the back of the home, you are greeted with incredible views, a large infinity pool, lounge chairs, a few decks and patios, an al fresco dining area, a terrace, and more. Walk past the pool and you can head down the cliff to get to the private boat dock to store a small powerboat or to swim in the ocean. In fact, a twelve-person motorboat comes with the rental, so even if you don’t own a boat, you can still explore the Mediterranean. The weather on this island is pretty sublime year round, so you want a rental that has plenty of exterior living space and the Villa Dream certainly delivers in that department.

There is even a massive living room area at the front of the property that is essentially outside. While there is a roof above your head, there are no walls at all, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful weather and to take in the surrounding area. Just imagine taking a nap on one of these massive couches as a cool breeze is blowing.

The interior of Villa Dream is as sophisticated and stylish as you’d expect a premium rental like this to be. The home can comfortably accommodate large parties and there’s plenty of room. You’ll find a large, fully-equipt kitchen, a dining area that can seat ten, a private bar, floating fireplaces, a large media/entertainment room, a business center, a few living rooms, and more. Floor-to-ceiling windows are also found in most of the homes main rooms as well. Between the interior design to the luxury furnishings, Villa Dream has a lot to offer.

In total, Villa Dream has seven bedrooms to offer guests. Five of the bedrooms offer queen-sized beds, while the two remaining bedrooms have two, twin-sized beds each. Most of the bedrooms also have a private balcony or patio as well. In total, the home can easily sleep fourteen guests. The best part is that each room has it’s own private en suite bathroom as well, so you’ll never have to wait on anyone else when it comes to freshening up.

The only real downside to Villa Dream is that it’s fairly expensive. An average night here will run you about $10,000 dollars, but the rates do fluctuate. Depending on when you plan your stay, you could pay as low as $7,800 per night or as high as $12,318 per night. Typically the home is more expensive during the summer months, as that’s usually how these types of island rentals go. If you can get past the price, it’s hard to find any downsides here. Villa Dream is both stunning from the outside and on the inside, and with all the features and amenities you could want, it makes for the perfect dream vacation home. It’s a modern, luxurious home that is located right on the water on an island in the Mediterranean. What’s not to like about that?
