Trump Tower is a massively large international real estate property and hotel located in Chicago. The building is one of many Trump Towers which are located all around the United States like New York and Florida while others are located around the world in Turkey. The building in Chicago has a stunning modern design that stands tall and looks absolutely amazing right along the Chicago River. The views are so good, that the building’s penthouse suite was just sold for $17 million, which makes it the most expensive residential sale in Chicago to date.
The penthouse sits on the building’s 89th floor and is a total of 14,260 square feet. The space is very large and offers amazing 360 degree views out of the large windows all around the apartment. The Trump International Tower penthouse has five different bedrooms along with eight bathrooms that all sit under nicely positioned 16 foot ceilings. Multimillionaire Sanjay Shah is now the owner of the penthouse for $17 million and has plans on spending the next year redesigning and completely finishing the space to his liking with an extra $15 million worth going towards the space. He wants to use it as a second home for him and his family while also having a big enough room to host events in.
Currently the penthouse sits as an empty concrete room, but now that it has found an owner, the space will be completely changed for the good. The penthouse is one of the tallest residencies and will even be the second highest in the entire Western Hemisphere. The Trump Tower International is considered to be a fascinating building, especially compared to the rest of the Chicago skyline. Every Chicago landmark and building is visible from the penthouse, so it will be very interesting to see how the property turns out when Shah is completely done with his design plans.
