Tiger Woods has been pretty good at keeping his personal life private after the unfortunate events he experienced years ago. The golfer has been struggling in tournaments but seems to be doing well otherwise, and now is selling off a piece of his real estate. The celebrity is selling his luxury home on a private island in Sweden, which was the former home to Woods and now ex-wife Elin Nordegren. The property is stunning and would easily be an amazing place to live or grow a family in.
The home sits on a 62 acre plot of land and the owner will get the entire island. There is a private ferry boat that gets people to and from the island where they can find their quiet villa in the center. There is also a landing area for air vehicles if owners choose to leave and arrive that way. The home itself comes from all local and natural wood and has a beautiful outdoor pool and hot tub. There are over 1,000 different island in a reachable range and the capitol of Sweden only takes about an hour to reach, so interested parties won’t have to worry about not having accessibility. Although this is no easy quick drive to a town to pick up any supplies, it’s not extremely out of reach away from civilization.
The property was also the home to an 11th century Viking stronghold that still stands on the property. The island also features a custom golf hole that allows golf enthusiasts to hit any length of golf shot and make sure they can practice their game at anytime. Tiger no longer has any use for an island property in Sweden so it makes sense to see this home on the market. The entire island is beautiful and will be the lucky new home to some happy owners soon enough.
