The Playboy Mansion is Up For Grabs for $200 Million

The iconic and infamous Playboy Mansion has been recently put up for sale on the real estate market by Hugh Hefner, the founder of the Playboy magazine. The Playboy Mansion has long been the “home base” for Hefner and his entourage for a number of years, and you can potentially buy the entire property for $200 million.

The Playboy Mansion resided on a five-acre plot of land in the western part of Los Angeles. The home has about 20,000-square-feet of living space in total and 29 large rooms. There’s a tennis court, a pool, the “grotto”, and beautiful gardens that surround the property. Since it’s a massive mansion owned by an extremely wealthy individual, naturally it has plenty of luxurious features.

Hugh Hefner purchased the home in 1971 for about $1 million dollars, so that $200 million figure is quite the increase. However there is an interesting condition that’s part of the sale. You can buy the place, however Hugh Hefner has no intentions of moving out. He will still get to live there and work there, you can just live with him until he chooses to leave or passes away. So is anyone up for that?
