Think about all the things you could do with $55 million. While there may be 55 million things you can think of, owning a unique private island in the Bahamas with it’s own airport code may or may not have popped into your mind.
A luxury real estate auction firm ‘Concierge Auctions’ has announced the auction of Innocence, the largest privately held island in Bahamas with its own landing strip and airport code. Originally offered at $55 million, Innocence will be auctioned at the Trump SoHo New York to the highest bidder after a $10 million reserve.
Innocence is a rare gem in Bahamas with long stretches of pristine beaches, soft terraced hills, and 681 acres of natural fruit trees. It also boast the uniqueness of privacy, as it is one of the most secluded islands in the Caribbean. There’s also a beautiful 3,000 square-foot estate on the island that features six bedrooms and six and a half baths. The estate was built on one of the highest points of the island offering panoramic views of your property. There’s also a separate hillside bungalow with a gym and meditation deck with pristine views.
For those who have their own air transportation, the island has one of the only private airstrips with its own airport codes (MYEY). A unique feature that makes this island even more attractive to wealthy buyers. Overall, the island is a magical gem that, if you have the money (which 99.9% of us don’t) would be a magical property to own.
