Musha Cay is Arguably the Most Luxurious Private Island in the World

Musha Cay 2

Situated out in the southern part of the Bahamas is the absolutely beautiful and stunning private island that is known as Musha Cay. While many rentals in the area focus on individual homes, that is not the case with Musha Cay as your only option is to rent out the entire island for yourself. On it are a collection of villas and homes that are equally as beautiful as the island. We’ve seen some pretty spectacular island homes before, but Musha Cay is certainly in a league of its own.

The island is owned by David Copperfield who is nice enough to rent out the entire place. This is not a “pick one villa to rent” type of deal, you rent out the entire private island for yourself and up to 23 other guests. In total there is 700-acres of land that are filled with lush forests that feel like a jungle. There are plenty of beaches spread throughout the island, and it really has much to offer those that stay here. It’s like something out of a movie or a dream.

This really is the ultimate island retreat and there is plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Everyone can group together and inhabit the various homes found throughout the island, all of which are equally beautiful in their own right. Some homes are located right on the crystal clear water, while others are found within the dense foliage. You’ve got access to all of what the island has to offer, from enjoying water sports to dining out on a pier.

This is easily one of the most amazing islands that we have ever seen, and it can definitely make your dream vacation a reality. The only downside is the price. Since you have to rent out the entire island, it can get pretty expensive. The rates range between  $39,000 dollars to $57,000 dollars per night. Additionally you have to put up a $25,000 dollar security deposit and pay an 11%  tax. So yeah, you’ve got to be extremely rich to stay here, but if you could afford it, why wouldn’t you want to stay at Musha Cay?
