While Lebron James is “back home” in Cleveland focusing on trying to win a title for his city, one of his other homes is still in his possession. While you can take Lebron out of Miami, it looks like some of Miami is still with Lebron. Namely his nearly flawless Coconut Grove home. Thankfully the listing agent, Tomi Rose, granted us access to share these incredible pictures with you.
Lebron originally listed this 16,678-square-foot mansion located at 3590 Crystal View Court in October for $17 million. James and Rose agreed to reduce the price to “encourage additional activity,” according to a press release. “Recent sales in Coconut Grove and the surrounding area showcases the niche buyer this market attracts are high profile and business professionals shopping for a community to raise their family within Miami,” Rose said. “I’ve been working with qualified buyers and have had several written offers on this listing. I’m here to make sure my seller is happy and I find a buyer my seller may come to a happy median with, which is common in all real estate transactions.”
While $15 million is expensive for any home, you really are getting what you pay for here. It’s a 6 bedroom, 8 and a half bath palace that includes a chef’s kitchen, wine cellar, office, custom theater, generator, guest home and private master rooftop sun deck. It also features an infinity pool and two 60-foot concrete docks.
The home was purchased back in November 2010 for $9 million, according to Miami-Dade property records. Below you’ll find the stunning pics.
