Successful actress Demi Moore is placing her amazing Central Park West Penthouse up for sale. The home was purchased by Moore and her ex-husband Bruce Willis back in 1990 and is now hitting the market in search of finding a new owner. The penthouse is in the famous San Remo building that sits on the west end of Central Park and is currently priced at $75 million. Although the house is extremely nice, the actress feels that it is time to part ways and move onto a new part in her life.

The home is a triplex that extends a total of 7,000 square feet with two bedrooms on the lobby level. On the first level of the apartment there are a living room, library, dining room, breakfast room, and kitchen. The kitchen is extremely nice with solid tile on the floor and amazing wood cabinets. The triplex’s top floor is all for bedrooms, with a total of five as well as a staff room. The third and final floor of the room includes a double height entertainment room, another kitchen, and a guest loft that has a full bathroom and quiet study.

The apartment has a private elevator and the top floor also has 1,500 square feet of terraces that provide an unbelievable view of New York and Central Park from tons of different angles.

Moore’s penthouse is on the market for $75 million; however, there are costs of $17,912 each month for maintenance and an additional $3,273 for the maisonette. The apartment is possibly one of New York’s best, but Moore just hasn’t been spending as much time in it as she would like to and has decided it’s time to part ways. Someone will definitely purchase this apartment quickly, especially if they have the chance to walk through it and get full exposure to everything it offers.
