The real estate market is doing well this year and many different states are seeing lots of big price home sales so far. Dallas has a good market in a massive state that offers up a wide variety of people looking to purchase a new house. The most valuable house to recently hit the market in Dallas is currently asking buyers for a price of $100 million, but included is a beautiful property.

The entire Dallas estate sits on a total of 25 acres and the home itself spans across 27,000 square feet. The property was originally on the market for a whopping $135 million back in 2013 but still has yet to sell and the owners have finally decided to come down on the price a little bit to see if they receive any increased interest. The home is located in Preston Hollow and was first only shopped to private buyers as opposed to putting up on the public market with a regular listing and company.

The four story home was built with an Italian style in mind and is fit to hold a massive family and all the guests they want. There are seven total bedrooms and nine full bathrooms along with four half baths. With the house being so big there is even a separate wing that was build specifically for the staff that cater to the property. As if this weren’t enough, the home also includes a two story guest house and even a helicopter pad.

Owners made sure the standard luxury recreational rooms were built as well such as the 18 seat movie theater, a wet bar, and a general entertainment area that includes a pool table.

The house was originally build in 1997 but was renovated in 2003. This included a bunch of upgrades to keep the house modern and the owners have made sure it does not lack in the latest products or technology. It’s surprising that the house is still up for sale, but at such a high price point someone is going to have to fall in love with it to commit.
