Being on one of the most successful sitcoms in the history of television is going to afford you some of the finer things in life. That’s just the case with former Friends star Matthew Perry. Let’s face it; post-Friends Perry has had a decent career, but that show probably is responsible for his brilliant home in Malibu….
Apparently, Perry is sick of his picturesque view because he’s put his $12.5 million Malibu pad up for sale. The home is described as a “stunning example of contemporary architecture with spectacular and awe-inspiring ocean views.” The house sits upon 2.5 acres of land and features 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and over 5,5oo square feet of living space. The master bedroom is nothing short of a master piece with his and her baths and a fireplace with seating. The home also features a game room, home theater, and sleek kitchen design. The exterior has a garden area, fire pit, gorgeous pool and exterior sound system.
