Beverly Hills is always a hot spot for real estate, offering people any type of home they could want to live in. It’s not cheap to live in this location, but those who can will be greeted with plenty of land, gorgeous landscapes, amazing weather, and plenty to do in such a prime place. Within California’s real estate market is the most expensive mansion, which people now have the ability to rent if they are ready to pay the $475,000 per month lease.
The mansion, called the Palazzo di Amore, offers interested people 25 acres on a gated estate with a Mediterranean style villa and views to die for. The house was initially put on the market back in November but hasn’t found a permanent buyer yet causing owner Jeff Greene to open up a monthly leasing option.
The mansion itself covers 53,000 square feet with 12 total bedrooms and a master suite that alone is 5,000 square feet. The home also consists of 23 bathrooms as well as a 15,000 square feet entertainment center that includes a 50 seat movie theater, a bowling alley and a dance floor. Along with all of this the house features a 27 car garage and 25 acres which has a vineyard, an infinity pool that can hold 150 people, a separate 128 foot reflecting pool, a spa, tennis courts, and a barbecue area.
The mansion literally has everything a person or family could ever want or need on the entire property. The vineyard wine sits in a cellar on the estate that stores 3,000 bottles with an extra room for 10,000 more bottles as well as aging barrels. Anyone would be happy living here and the property is waiting for someone to come occupy it. While the asking price is extremely high at $475,000 a month, it’s appropriate for how much the entire estate has to offer. Hopefully someone comes along to live in the Palazzo di Amore soon because it’s a real shame to see this beautiful property go to waste.
