If you find that you daydream of owning a spectacular vacation home while you’re at work today let us steer you in an incredible direction. Personally, I’ve always fancied a magical estate on the Mediterranean, but trust me – I wouldn’t argue with something in the Caribbean. Speaking of which, how about Barbados?
If that’s something that interests you look no further than the ‘Four Winds’ estate. Who could argue when even the name is awesome? The Barbados estate has been listed on the market for $55 million, making it the highest-ever asking price for real estate in the Caribbean. ‘Four Winds’ is located on the parish of St. Peter on the west coast of the island. The home overlooks Gibbes Beach, one of the most well-known beaches in Barbados. In total, the entire property is 2.5 acres of paradise.
As for the actual house, it’s a 17,000 square foot, six-bedroom main house, a pool, a pool house with a gym, and an octagonal gazebo overlooking the beach. One of my personal favorites about the home is that it each bedroom has a balcony that has a spectacular view of the Caribbean. The property also has an expansive, well-manicured garden with beautiful mature trees and flowers.
The house is just magical. It’s hard to imagine not being able to lose yourself while on that property. So now we crash back to earth and realize we’re grinding it out on a day-to-day basis. That was a nice 2 minutes of daydreaming though wasn’t it?
