This is What a $95 Million Dollar New York City Penthouse Apartment Looks Like

$95 Million 432 Park Avenue Penthouse Apartment

New York City is certainly a magical place that’s unlike any other city that I’ve ever traveled too. It’s also consistently ranked as the most expensive city in the United States, to no ones surprise. This is a city where renting a studio apartment in certain neighborhoods can cost between $3,000 to $4,000 dollars per month. So yeah, it’s expensive. New York is also home to many millionaires and billionaires who can afford to live in some pretty incredible homes and apartments. So what kind of apartments do these people live in? Let’s take a look inside a $95 million dollar penthouse apartment located in one of the most desirable locations in the entire city.

The apartment in question is located at 432 Park Avenue, a massive residential building that is currently still being built and is expected to open up sometime this fall. It’s a 96-story monolith that’s 1,396-feet in height that’s located between 56th and 57th street on Park Avenue. The building will be the second tallest building in New York, and it will be the tallest residential building in the Western Hemisphere. There was actually a good bit of controversy surrounding the project, as the building will block the views of the surrounding apartments inhabited by many local billionaires. It will have 104 condos in total and the apartments start at $17.5 million dollars. However the single penthouse apartment has already been sold for $95 million dollars, which is totally absurd. While the building is just reaching competition, developers CIM Group and Macklowe Properties have created some digital renders of what it will look like, and it’s absolutely breathtaking.

The apartment is basically the epitome of luxury. I mean it should be, given how much it costs. It will feature 12.5-foot ceilings and windows that measure out to be 10 x 10 feet. Since the building is so massive and given it’s location, you definitely want these large windows. But don’t worry about people looking in, since you are basically in the clouds.

The apartment has six-bedrooms in total, seven bathrooms, a private library, a massive kitchen and dining room, and much more. The interior has been designed by Deborah Berke Partners and it offers premium furnishings, oak floors that are heated, solid Italian marble countertops, custom marble vanities, private dressing rooms, massive bathtubs, and a variety of other high-end amenities. In terms of luxury apartments, this is about as good as it gets.

The master bathroom is probably one of this apartments greatest features. Just imagine taking a bath in this tub, 96-stories up with these unbeatable views of Manhattan. It’s kind of hard to believe that anyone can actually afford a place like this, but like I’ve said, the apartment has already been sold. Additionally residents will gain access to the range of other amenities that the building has to offer like a private spa, an inside pool, a restaurant, private wine cellars, a small theater, a golf training facility, an enclosed garden, and more. While that $95 million can go a long ways elsewhere in the world, in New York City this is what it gets you and you have to admit that it looks pretty amazing. So who’s jealous?
