Bark and Miao is an English high-end retail pet furniture company who has recently announced the Padpod, a high quality and stylish pet bed. The company was created when two friends who met in London wanted to create high-quality, luxurious pet products. So Stuart Fraser and Simon White went to the drawing boards and came up with the Padpod. Stuart wanted a pet bed that would “seamlessly integrate with our home decor”. Stuart came up with the idea while creative genius Simon White brought it to life. Stuart and Simon felt that there was a lack of pet furniture products that were of a higher-quality, will providing a contemporary appearance. They hope that the Padpod will fill this gap of pet products.
The Padpod is made of extremely high quality materials; you can choose between either memory foam or duck down for the bed material. The Padpod comes in three different colors: green, red, and blue. Customers can customize their own unique Padpod and have a variety of colors to choose from for both the exterior and interior, ensuring that the Padpod matches the interior of their home. The Padpod is slightly raised off the ground as Bark and Miao explain that their research indicates that pets like to sleep at a slightly elevated level. The Padpod starts at $980 dollars for the standard version, while the customizable version is $1,309.
