Two David Yurman Necklaces Running North of $40,000

David Yurman Necklaces

Founded in 1980, and based out of New York City is the American designer jewelry company known as David Yurman. The company is privately owned and fairly small, having only around 30 boutiques in the entire world. Even though they are much smaller than other more established jewelry brands, they still deliver high-quality jewelry. Being a high end jewelry designer, their prices can get high. We are going to take a look at two of their most expensive necklaces they have right now.

The Starburst Link Chain Necklace with Diamonds in Gold – $39,000

The first necklace we are going to look at is the Link Chain Necklace with diamonds and gold from their Starburst collection of jewelry. The premium and beautiful necklace really stands out on its own with its elegantly arranged star-like pieces. The neclkace is made from 18-karat yellow gold. There are also many diamonds on this necklace as well. David Yurman uses Pavé diamonds weighing it at 5.65 carats. They are beautifully arranged on the stars to really make them shine.

The Hampton Cable Necklace  – $47,000

Next we have the Hampton Cable Necklace, and it is the most expensive necklace that David Yurman currently sells. The necklace comes in two different versions, with some slight alterations. The first one has Pavé blue sapphires and a blue sapphire button with lavender spinels and grey diamonds coming in at 24.4 carats. The other version has a ruby button and 51 carats of black diamonds on it. Both necklaces are made from sterling silver and darkened sterling silver. Both are equally elegant, however I am partial to the one that uses blue sapphires and white diamonds as it accents better with the sterling silver, but thats just my opinion. Either way you are getting a pretty premium necklace that will definitely impress your friends.
