Rent a Floor at the Pierre Hotel for Only $500,000 A Month

Presidential suite at the Pierre Hotel

The Pierre is a luxury hotel located in Manhattan, New York City and directly faces Central park. The hotel has been opened since 1930 and is a classic building known by all New Yorkers. While most hotels are used by guests on a very temporary basis for vacation, The Pierre actually offers people the chance to rent out their entire 39th floor with a lease contract that will cost $500,000 per month, which makes it the most expensive rental listing for all of New York City.

The floor includes a massive two bedroom Presidential Suite that includes two bedrooms; however, this combines with the 4,786 square feet of other living space that has six more bedrooms as well as 6.5 total bathrooms available. The Pierre does offer guests to rent the Presidential Suite alone for $400,000 per month, and this leaves the rest of the floor open at $20,000-40,000 depending on the size and room type.

The Pierre’s Presidential Suite is right around 2,000 square feet and the living room windows look right out over the magnificent Central Park in New York City. The rooms all have beautiful views of the park and the city as well. While the kitchen is nothing too exciting in the suite, residents are still in a hotel with the option of dining at a restaurant in the building or even having room service delivered right to their door.

When renting the top floor of The Pierre hotel guests also receive housekeeping twice a day as well as access to the hotel’s Jaguar which is driven around by a chauffeur. The lease for the top floor is a month to month program to ensure that people can stay without getting locked into anything long term depending on their situation. When not rented, the Presidential Suite can still be rented for only $20,000 per night, but the hotel is pushing this new residency plan and enticing guests to come check it out if they can afford it.
