It’s rated as one of the best hotels within Key West, and it offers contemporary rooms, great service, and all the amenities one could ask for. As the name implies, accommodations here are in the form of premium suites and there are 35 in total. That means that not only is this hotel luxurious, it is also small and intimate so you don’t have to worry about large crowds often seen at larger resorts. The hotel is rated as a 4-star property and offers a large pool, a great restaurant, beach access, an attentive staff, a bar, and more. The real treat here are the suites as they offer amenities seen in apartments like a living room, a full-sized kitchen, private balconies, an spa-like bathrooms. The hotel is also located close to many of the attractions that the town has to offer, so you’re not to far from the beach or the center of Key West.

Located just right off Duval Street is the secluded treasure known as the Pier House Resort and Spa. This hotel has won a few awards over the years and it is another standout location in Key West for those seeking luxury accommodations. The Pier House Resort and Spa is located right on the water and it offers a private pool, private beach access, and amazing views of the area. Accommodations here are in the form of 119 guest rooms located right on the water, and then 23 larger suites for those seeking a more luxurious experience. Additionally the hotel offers a fitness center, a large spa, banquet/meeting rooms, daily live entertainment, three award-winning restaurants and bars (including a fine dining option), quick access into town, and more.

Situated in-between Key West Harbor and Mallory Square is the Ocean Key Resort. This is a boutique hotel located right on the water that offers 100 luxurious guest rooms and suites in total. Like the other establishments on our list, the Ocean Key Resort has everything you would want from a premium resort and hotel located in the Florida Keys. There are two restaurants, a great bar/lounge, room service dining, a massive spa, a fitness center, a pool, beach access, watersport activities, and the perfect location. In 2014 it was named as one of the best hotel in the United States according to Conde Nast Traveler, and it is sure to please all that opt to stay here.

If you’re looking for a more traditional luxury resort that’s fairly large, the Casa Marina is a good option. It’s located on 1,100-feet of private beach from property that is only just one mile from Duval Street. The hotel attempts to combine classic 1920’s styling with a more traditional resort ambience, and the end result is great. Casa Marina offers two pools, access to a golf course, a massive spa, the largest private beach in Key West, 311 guest rooms and suites, modern amenities, deep-sea fishing trip excursions, fine dining options, and more. Casa Marina wanted to offer guests an experience reminiscent of the classic and iconic days of Key West’s past, and they have certainly done an excellent job at that.

You’ll be paying top dollar here, but if you want the most luxurious Key West experience, look no further. Each cottage has a full-sized kitchen, living room, and dining room, and they also offer great views of the area. The hotel has won a few awards over the years, and offers everything you could possibly imagine: watersport activities, a few restaurants and bars, multiple pools, a private beach, a class-leading spa, a fitness center, tennis courts, an amazing staff, 24-hour boat transportation into Key West, private docks for your personal boat, and more.
