After rumors of a new luxury hotel opening up in Dubai have been circulating for sometime now, it seems that they are true as there will be a new Bulgari Hotel & Resort opening up its doors on one of the cities man-made islands known as Jumeirah Bay. The real estate development that has gone on in Dubai over the recent years has been absolutely insane, and this is now the latest addition of high-end properties to be added to the city.
The hotel will be known as the Bulgari Resort and Residences, and they are planning to open up their doors sometime in 2017. As construction is just about to begin, we only have digital renderings and models of what the hotel will look like. But based off of these pictures, it certainly seems like the property will be incredible.
The entire complex is expected to offer 165 apartments, fifteen massive villas, the main hotel building, and then eight penthouse suites. It’s Dubai that we’re talking about here, a place with roads filled with Ferraris and Bentleys, so of course the hotel is going to be ultra-premium. The hotel property will span more than 1.7-million-square-feet and it will offer plenty of beach access given that it is on a man-made island. Visiting guests can stay in the 101-room hotel or some of the villas, however many of the residences will be open in a private sale, for full-time homeowners.
Inside the various apartments and suites, you can expect modern interior designs and luxurious furniture. Floor-to-ceiling windows are found throughout pretty much every building and room here, and given the hotels location, they offer some pretty amazing views of the city.
The apartments will come in a variety of different sizes that range from smaller one-bedroom apartments, to larger suites that have four bedrooms in total. If you really want to splurge then the massive villas that are essentially mansions that offer anywhere from three to six bedrooms in total. There will also be a fairly large marina and yacht club that has been designed by the esteemed architectural firm known as Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel and Partners who are from Italy.
Similar to most things in Dubai, Bulgari is going all-out here and sparing no expenses. They are specifically targeting the wealthiest homeowners and travelers with this property as everything about it is extremely premium. I mean, when you essentially live in a yacht club on a man-made island, it’s not going to be cheap. Regardless of price, this new property seems extremely promising and we cannot wait to see it finally open up its doors sometime in 2017.
