Longchamp is a luxury French leather goods company that primarily produces bags, shoes, wallets, and other small leather accessories. The company was formed in 1946 by Jean Cassegrain in Paris. Longchamp is known for producing quality leather products, that are modestly priced compared to companies like Gucci or Versace (Longchamp is still expensive being a designer brand). The company has over 230 boutiques and 1,800 stores worldwide that sell their products. While they produce a range of goods, they are best known for their handbags. So we are going to look at three handbags that cost over $1,500 dollars, which are some of their more premium bags and are all from their iconic Le Pliage Heritage Series.
3. The Limited Edition Le Pliage Heritage in Navy and Yellow
The first bag on our list is actually a limited edition satchel from the company. The imported bag is made from black leather and features bright yellow detail work that makes it pop. The bag has a zip closure, double handles, a detachable crossbody strap, an interior zip pocket, and an interior slip pocket. Additionally the interior of the bag features the bright yellow color as well. The bag is fairly large and measures out to be 17″ long by 7.5″ wide by 10″ high.
2. The Iron Stripe Le Pliage Heritage Luxe Large – $1,870
The Iron Stripe Le Pliage Heritage Luxe Large is next on our list. This bag is also imported and features the same handles, straps, and pockets as the previous bag. This bag is made from hair-calf and leather that gives it a unique appearance and texture. This handbag measure out at 11″ x 7″ x 10.25″.
1. The Camel Le Pliage Heritage Luxe Large – $1,870
In terms of dimensions and materials, the Camel Le Pliage Heritage Luxe Large is identical to the previous handbag from Longchamp. Obviously the difference is this one looks different and features a more intricate pattern and is colored golden-brown and black.
