 Nicki Minaj accepts Best Female Hip-Hop Artist

Nicki Minaj has spread herself across many different industries since her music career took off years ago. The singer and rapper has been a growing icon and is a very solid brand sponsor for companies. Now Minaj will step into the fashion world and be the new face for Robert Cavalli and his brand. Apparently interested in her strong sensuality the campaign is aiming to deliver colorful clothing with bold accessories and Minaj displaying them for the company.

Minaj has been one of, if not, the most popular female identity throughout the past five years and is known for her very curvy body shape, which Cavalli wants to use in showing off his clothes. The designer doesn’t want women to have to hide the shape of their bodies and is aiming to send a good message with his new clothing line. Cavalli sees Minaj as a strong woman and the perfect candidate to communicate the brand to the public. The brand features animal print clothing, which is a style Minaj already wears, but also combines the style with nice blazers and business attire. The entire fashion line is very luxurious with some amazingly nice clothing and tons of interesting accessories.

The photo shoot for the Cavalli campaign took place in Los Angeles and everything that’s been revealed look fantastic thus far. The clothes are nothing extremely risque and will certainly be a new line that women will want to get their hands on when it’s released. The styles are modern but also very traditional with great patterns and solid colors, which any person could wear. Nicki Minaj wears the clothes well and seems to be the right choice to represent the clothing brand going forward. Depending on the success of this line of clothing, maybe Cavalli will continue to work with her as the brand’s image.
