Jennifer Connelly is an actress that got her start through modeling, so she is certainly used to having the camera around at all times. Connelly has recently starred in Darren Aronofsky’s Noah, but has been in some phenomenal films such as Ron Howard’s A Beautiful Mind. Now Connelly is planning to make a return to the fashion and modeling world by being the new face of Louis Vuitton’s upcoming fashion line for the 2015 season.
The upcoming Spring and Summer 2015 collections from Louis Vuitton are starting to pop up and unveil themselves through Instagram, and the major fashion house has chosen Connelly to represent them in the new year. Louis Vuitton is pairing up with Annie Leibovits, Bruce Weber, and Juergen Teller to produce the marketing campaign which features elegant photos of models showing off the new clothing and accessory line in luxurious locations.
Although the images released on Instagram were just a tease of what’s to come, the three photos sent out show Connelly and the Danish model Freja Beha Erichsen as the faces of the new campaign. The images put a strong focus on the new handbags from Louis Vuitton and the upcoming styles they are going to use for the 2015 collection. The third photo posted was strictly of a beautiful handbag that features the traditional Louis Vuitton pattern outlined by polished white hand straps and bordering.
Connelly is a great choice to use for the upcoming campaign and Louis Vuitton will surely not be let down. The actress is an Oscar winner with a modeling background who already understands the process of how this all works. It will be interesting to see the rest of the collection based off of these first three photos, which look amazing and seem to imply that the company will have more fantastic products to come.
