If you want to make the most money in Hollywood or worldwide then it’s likely you’re going to have to have a penchant for breaking and blowing up stuff. This year’s top male movie earners were nearly all action stars. There were 2, yes only 2 on this list that can fit into either a comedic or dramatic actor role.
Though we realize this makes perfect sense. It’s the guys that usually draw the most at the box office who earn the biggest bucks. Not necessarily the guys who act the best. That’s why you’re not going to see guys like George Clooney make this list.
Though we have to say we’re a little surprised that popular guys like Channing Tatum didn’t make the list. Then again, to make over $30 million on one year you’ve gotta be an exception. And these ten guys were the exception this year.
